The coaching process
HOW IT WORKS
The coaching process begins with a deep dive into the client’s current situation in a discovery session. This helps the coach understand the client’s strengths, values, and visions. This sets the foundation for goal setting in follow-up sessions, ultimately leading the client to their larger vision. The coach and client build upon smaller goals to create lasting and sustainable long-term change.
CHOOSING A SERVICE
Each session is customized and tailored to the individual. Sessions are available a la carte or in discounted packages. All clients must start with a Foundation Session before booking a Follow-Up Session. Foundation sessions are included in all packages. Choose a service or package that best fits your lifestyle and needs.
