The navel orange and carrot in this recipe are rich in vitamins A and C, which are known to boost the immune system and protect the body against various illnesses.

The collagen powder and Greek yogurt provide essential proteins that promote skin health. Additionally, the vitamin A from the carrot and vitamin C from the orange contribute to maintaining healthy skin.

Ingredients:

1 Navel Orange (small, peeled)

1 Carrot (small, peeled, chopped)

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tsp Ground Flax Seed

1/4 tsp Turmeric

2/3 oz Collagen Powder

Recipe:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk or water if needed. Enjoy!

Substitutions:

Make it Vegan - Omit the collagen powder and use a dairy-free yogurt.

More Protein - Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
